Adopt-A-Block

The Adopt-a-Block program gives students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to participate in creating a cleaner, more beautiful campus. Your organization or department can adopt a block on campus to keep clean for 1 year.

Getting Started

The best time to request to adopt a block is at the beginning of the Fall or Spring semesters.

The Adopt-a-Block Orientation will be held on Friday, October 5th, 2:00 pm- 2:30 pm or  3:00 pm- 3:30 pm and on Tuesday, October 9th, 10:00 am- 10:30 am.  Organizations must send one representative to the orientation.

In order to participate in the Adopt-a-Block program each organization must sign and agree to the terms outlined in the Adoption Agreement . This agreement will last for one school year, but can be renewed at the end of the Summer semester for each additional school year.

Current Adopters

Organizations/Adopters are required to clean their block monthly. For every cleanup that a group performs a cleanup report must be submitted.
