Notary Public services for currently enrolled students are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm excluding the noon lunch hour. We recommend calling in advance to make sure the notary is in if you plan to stop by. Please note that you will have to present 2 forms of valid original photo identification to have documents notarized. At least one of your 2 IDs must be identification issued by a United States governmental agency containing a photograph and your signature.

If you have documents such as an I-20, visa or passport that you have been instructed to have notarized, we recommend that you make an appointment so that we have time to draft an affidavit for these documents. Our office does not certify copies.

If you need to have documents notarized and you are faculty/staff or are not a currently enrolled student, Wells Fargo on the 2nd floor of the union may be able to notarize your documents. We also maintain a list of notaries on campus who may be able to provide this service to you.
