The 36 credit-hour Master of Science degree in Hospitality Management offers an integrated program of study focusing on the management of products, services, and experiences in a consumer-driven global market. Students earning a Master of Science degree in Hospitality Management view themselves as global employees who have the core competencies and a global perspective required for effective business interactions.

International Sustainable Tourism (MIST)

Sustainable tourism strives to meet the needs of the present tourist market without compromising the resources of future generations. It balances environmental, economic, and socio-cultural benefits and concerns. This program is a joint Master of Science degree in International Sustainable Tourism (MIST) between UNT and CATIE (The Tropical Agricultural Research and Higher Education Center) in Turrialba, Costa Rica. This program is the first of its kind in the U.S. In this program, you will spend the first two semesters at UNT and the last two semesters at CATIE in Turrialba, Costa Rica. All courses are taught in English.

The Master of Science degree in merchandising offers an integrated program of study that prepares students to solve complex problems, create new opportunities in competitive markets, and to understand components that support successful consumer-driven businesses. focusing on the management of products, services, and experiences in a consumer-driven global market.
