In fall of 2018, the Provost appointed a 10-member task force to conduct a librarian salary study.  The task force responded to three questions:

• Where do UNT librarian salaries fall relative to other R1/R2 institutions?
• Are we at market with assistant librarians hired within the last three years?
• Are there compression issues by librarian rank.
