Denton – North Texas head coach Grant McCasland and his coaching staff have announced their summer basketball camp schedule.

Online registration is available by navigating to the North Texas Men's Basketball Camps website.

Be sure to sign up early, as space is limited to the first 100 campers in each session. Discounts are available for UNT employees, Denton ISD employees, returning campers and if you sign up multiple campers. There is also an early registration discount for anyone who registers before May 10.

All camps will utilize the best on-campus facilities and are available to all.

Mean Green Day Camp
Session 1 & 2
Boys & Girls Entering Grades 2-12

June 24 – 27 (Session 2)

This camp will include various drills, lectures, stations, contests and 5-on-5 games and is instructed by North Texas men's basketball student-athletes and coaches. Each participating camper will receive a Nike Mean Green shirt and a Mean Green basketball. Lunch will be provided for each day of camp and parents are welcome any time throughout the sessions.

Little Dribblers Camp

This camp will include basic fundamentals including dribbling, passing and shooting instructed by North Texas men's basketball student-athletes and coaches. Each participating camper will receive a Nike Mean Green shirt and a Mean Green basketball.

This camp includes specific fundamentals and skills instruction involving the proper footwork, balance, mechanics and confidence needed to reach maximum shooting potential. Shooting clinics are instructed by North Texas men's basketball student-athletes and coaches. This provides high-level instruction for boys and girls entering grades 2nd-12th.

This is an intense camp designed for players who are serious about playing basketball at the next level. The North Texas coaching staff will be running all of the drills while instructing camp with a hands-on approach. Each participant will receive a North Texas shirt.

The Mean Green Unsigned Player Showcase provides an opportunity for unsigned high school graduates and junior college transfers to play in front of multiples colleges. Teams will be divided into no more than seven players and each team will play four games with a 10-minute running clock.
