Called as a new patient for an appointment with Dr. Sealy. I was told that they would not make any a...ppointments until prove of payment was made. There was NO additional conversation NO appointment until verification was made. When the focus is solely on money I hate to think what the actual treatment would be. I totally get it, budgets and expenses by a business must be made but a doctor's office that totally FOCUSED on making sure payment was made certainly doesn't demonstrate a caring atmosphere. I have had several frustrating experiences with UNT HSC family practice office but today we were for...tunate to meet Ms Vickie who was our nurse. She was wonderful! Compassionate, professional and took the time to listen to our frustrations. She got us taken of and smiled the whole time. She is an exceptional MA! I don’t want to use her last name without her permission, but I intend to commend her to management at UNT. What a difference one person can make. Thank you Ms. Vickie❤️ See More
