-Finished 113th at Pre-Nationals with a time of 26:05.6

-Finished 81st at the NCAA South Central Regional with a time of 32:15.1
-Ran a career-best time of 19:33.3 in the 6k at the Baylor Twilight, finishing 22nd
2016-17
Track
-In indoors, finished 11th in the mile run at the Aggie Team Invitational with a time of 4:21.77
-Placed 13th in the 3000-meter run at the C-USA Indoor Championships with a time of 8:36.29
-Came in fourth in the 3000m run at the Herm Wilson Invitational at 8:40.62
-Finished 11th in the 5000-meter run at the C-USA Indoor Championships at 15:00.71
-During the outdoor season, came in 16th in the 1500-meter run prelims at the C-USA Outdoor Championships with a season-best time of 4:08.34
-Was a part of the Distance Medley Relay team that finished 10th at the Texas Relays with a time of 10:13.43

-Finished 15th in the mile run at the Houston Indoor Invite.
-Placed fifth in the 3,000-meter run at the Herm Wilson Invite.

-Finished 16th in the 5,000-meter run at the C-USA indoor championships
High School
-Four-year letterman in cross country and thee-year letterman in track.
-Named All-State his senior year after a PRs of 9:29 (3200), 15:34 (5K), 4:23 (1600).
-Voted all-region and all-area in both track and cross country his senior season.
-Two-time winner of Grapevine’s Cross Country and Track “G” Award.
-Picked all-area and all-region in both his sophomore and junior seasons.
-Bettered his 3200 PR from 10:01 his sophomore season to 9:30 his junior year.
-Coached by Rick Miller and Jeff Nisbet.
-Graduated with a 3.94 grade point average.
