Case Management
Vision: Through resources and referrals, case management aims to address and resolve the socioeconomic needs of UNT Dallas students.
Case Management serves to provide programs, outreach, and direct client services for students with at-risk mental health and social support needs through crisis intervention, referrals, and connections to follow-up services. Case Management is not counseling; rather, case managers have the opportunity develop close helping relationships with students while coaching students toward appropriate self-care and self-advocacy.
Case management is available for a variety of concerns including:
- Crisis Intervention
- Food Insecurity
- Shelter
- Child Care
- Counseling Referrals
- Financial Concerns
- Academic Concerns
- Mentorship
- Extracurricular/Campus Activities
