The College of Health and Public Service accessible golf cart is available to HPS faculty and staff when needed for UNT business.  HPS IT Services manages reservations, training, and maintenance of the golf cart.

Golf cart drivers must have received approval to drive a university vehicle from UNT Risk Management Services.  The form is available from the RMS website.

Upon receipt of the approved driver verification from RMS, all HPS drivers must complete golf cart training and orientation with an HPS IT Services staff member.

To reserve the golf cart, please complete the information requested below at least 24 hours prior to your need for the golf cart.  You will receive an email with confirmation and additional information, or we will contact you with questions.   If you are not on our list of approved drivers, there may be a delay while we verify your authorization to drive a UNT vehicle with RMS.
