Highlights: 
Dr. McGregor is a climatologist with a geographic focus on North America. His particular research interests are on ENSO (El NiƱo/Southern Oscillation) events in the Pacific and the impact on climate variability and water resources in Texas.

Dr. McGregor teaches Meteorology and Climatology. He supervises student research on topics in atmospheric science. Recent topics include correlating rainfall in Louisiana with ENSO and international perspectives on reducing carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere.
