Emergency Floor Plans

Emergency Management staff have developed evacuation and shelter-in-place maps to be used in the event of building fires or severe weather.  The accompanying maps portray evacuation routes, severe weather shelter areas, areas of refuge for persons with disabilities, and the location of Automated External Defibrillator, AED, and evacuation-chairs.

Additional information regarding evacuation planning for persons with disabilities and mobility impairments is available on the American Disabilities Act Resources page of this website.

Emergency Management is in the process of updating building evacuation maps on campus and will be updating the maps as completed. If you require immediate assistance with floor plans including evacuation and shelter-in-place, please send an email to Justin Stewart, justin.stewart@unt.edu.
