Erica Kral joined North Texas in 2018 after working the previous three years at TCU.
Kral, originally from Bloomington, Illinois, was an academic advisor for TCU baseball, men's and women's track and field and cross country, women's golf, and women's rifle from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, she was an assistant director of student-athlete services at Central Michigan University, where she worked with baseball, men's and women's track and field and cross country, and women's volleyball, and was also the lifeskills coordinator and tutor coordinator.
She was a graduate assistant in the athletics academic services department at the University of Illinois.
Kral graduated from Central Michigan University, where she played on the women's soccer team. She has a bachelor's degree in education with a double major in mathematics and physical education, and earned a master's degree in recreation, sport and tourism from Illinois.
Kral has a daughter named Harper.
