Mike Ashbaugh is in his 22nd year at North Texas and current serves as the associate athletic director of operations.
He joined the Mean Green Athletic Department as the ticket/game manager in June of 1996, moved over to the business office and is now back in game operations.
Ashbaugh played football for Fort Hays State University and graduated in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in physical education. He earned his Master's of Education, Sport Administration degree from Wichita State University in 1996. Ashbaugh and his wife, Jodi, have a daughter, Erin (16) and a son, Bryce (12).
