Mean Green Soccer Complex

The Mean Green Soccer Field is home to the women’s soccer program. The Man Green played on its new field for the first time in the 2006 season. The complex features a natural turf playing surface that is 115 yards in length by 72 yards in width, permanent stadium seating for 1000 Mean Green fans, press box, and equipment storage. The complex is surrounded by a black iron fence and block wall that separate this complex from the surrounding Mean Green Village and parking areas. The field is lighted by a state of the art Musco lighting system. The Mean Green soccer field served as host to the 2008 Sun Belt Soccer Championship.

From Dallas:
Take I-35E north towards Denton. Take exit 467 towards I-35W S toward Ft. Worth / FM-1515 / Airport Road. While on the exit ramp road, exit again towards FM-1515 / Airport Road / Bonnie Brae Street. Turn LEFT (SOUTH) at the intersection light of Bonnie Brae Street and I-35 Service Road and continue STRAIGHT on S. Bonnie Brae Street under the overpass and through the next intersection light. Just past the intersection light turn slight LEFT to stay onto S. Bonnie Brae Street. Continue down S. Bonnie Brae Street until you see the large white MEAN GREEN VILLAGE sign on your right; turn RIGHT into the parking lot adjacent to the soccer field.

From Ft. Worth:
Take I-35W north towards Denton. Take exit 84 towards FM-1515 / Bonnie Brae Street. Turn RIGHT onto S. Bonnie Brae Street / FM-1515 then take the turn slight LEFT to stay onto S. Bonnie Brae Street. Continue down S. Bonnie Brae Street until you see the large white MEAN GREEN VILLAGE sign on your right; turn RIGHT into the parking lot adjacent to the soccer field.

From North:
Take I-35 south towards Dallas. Take exit 468 toward FM-1515 / Airport Road / West Oak St. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto N I-35 / Stemmons Fwy. Turn slight RIGHT toward FM-1515 / Airport Rd. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto I-35W. Turn LEFT onto W Airport Road / FM-1515. Turn RIGHT onto S. Bonnie Brae Street. Continue down S. Bonnie Brae Street until you see the large white MEAN GREEN VILLAGE sign on your right; turn RIGHT into the parking lot adjacent to the soccer field.

Directions to the University of North Texas

From Dallas:

Go North on I-35 East to Denton.
Exit number 466B North Texas Boulevard, and turn north toward the campus.

From Fort Worth:

Go North on I-35 West Denton. Follow I-35/Dallas signs.
Exit number 466B North Texas Boulevard, and turn north toward the campus.

From Austin:

Go Northeast on I-35 to I-35W.
Go North on I-35W to Denton.
Follow I-35/E Dallas signs.
Exit North Texas Boulevard, and turn north toward the campus.

From Oklahoma City:

Go East on I-40 to I-35.
Go South on I-35 to Denton.
Exit North Texas Boulevard, and turn north toward the campus.

From Shreveport, LA:

Go West on I-20 to Texas.
Continue on I-20 to US 80.
Go West on US 80 to I-635.
Go Northwest on I-635 to I-35E.
Go North on I-35E to Denton.
Exit North Texas Boulevard, and turn north toward the campus.

Once in Denton:
Turn right on Eagle Drive and immediately left into the circle drive in front of Gateway Center and stop at the information booth for a visitors parking pass.
