• Had four tackles in 12 appearances, primarily on special teams during his first season in Denton
• Recorded a tackle at Old Dominion on 11/10
• Made one stop in the homecoming win on 10/27 vs. Rice
• Posted a tackle in the win vs. Southern Miss on 10/13
• Recorded his first career tackle in the win on 9/8 vs. Incarnate Word
• Made his North Texas debut in the win vs. SMU on 9/1

• First-team all-District 7-4A selection at quarterback in 2017.
• First-team all-District 7-4A selection at safety in 2016.
• Rushed for 1,081 yards and 14 touchdowns, passed for 427 yards and six touchdowns, and returned a kickoff for a touchdown as senior.
• Also played basketball in high school.
