UNT System Chancellor
Lesa Roe took office as the University of North Texas System Chancellor in October, 2017. She is the chief executive officer of the UNT System and is responsible for all aspects of the System’s operations, including general oversight of 10,000+ employees and the three UNTS campuses – UNT in Denton, UNT Health Science Center in Fort Worth and UNT Dallas – as well as the UNT System administration.

Chancellor's Cabinet

	PAUL CORLISS Chief Communications Officer Paul Corliss leads marketing and communications for the UNT System under Chancellor Lesa Roe and also oversees marketing and communications for UNT Dallas. MORE
	RAMA DHUWARAHA Chief Information Officer Rama Dhuwaraha leads IT Shared Services and is responsible for a system-wide information technology strategic plan, as well as short-term and long-term budgets for all UNTS institutions. Mr. Dhuwaraha also guides governance, priority settings and decision making structures in order to create a high-performing, customer-focused IT service organization. MORE
	NANCY S. FOOTER Vice Chancellor, General Counsel Nancy S. Footer has served as UNTS Vice Chancellor and General Counsel since March 2004. Previously, Footer was General Counsel for Bowling Green State University. Prior to her tenure at BGSU, she served as Associate General Counsel for the University of Houston System. MORE
	ROSEMARY R. HAGGETT Vice Chancellor, Academic Affairs and Student Success As the UNTS Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and Student Success, Haggett directs the UNT System’s academic planning, reporting, and campus support. As Chief Academic Officer, she provides leadership and consultation in the development of the academic planning process, academic and research policy, and academic personnel policy. MORE
	JACK MORTON Vice Chancellor, Government Relations Jack Morton has served as Vice Chancellor for Government Relations since 2002, managing all governmental affairs for the UNT System and its institutions. MORE
	STEVE MARUSZEWSKI Vice Chancellor, Facilities Steve Maruszewski guides UNT System facilities, campus master planning and major construction activities. MORE
	GARY RAHLFS Vice Chancellor, Finance Gary Rahlfs joined the UNT System in 2018 serves as the System's chief financial officer. MORE
	BARBARA ABERCROMBIE, Ph.D., SPHR Chief Human Capital Officer In her role, Barbara Abercrombie, Ph.D., SPHR, oversees the human resources efforts for more than 10,000 faculty and staff at UNT System’s three campuses, as well as with UNT System Administration. MORE
	REY RODRIGUEZ Associate Vice Chancellor, Government Relations & Chief Policy Operations Officer In his role as Associate Vice Chancellor for Government Relations, Rey Rodriguez serves as the UNT System's Chief Policy Operations Officer. MORE
