The Office of Budget has a strong commitment to provide flexible, solution-oriented and timely service to UNT System institutions and System Administration. The Office of Budget is responsible for providing leadership to build a consensus on System-wide operating budget policies and guidelines in service of the UNT System and individual component missions.

PAIGE SMITH
Associate Vice Chancellor for Budget and Planning
Paige Smith provides leadership and strategic planning in system-wide budgeting and resource management.  She is certified as both a public accountant and an internal auditor and has nearly 25 years of accounting, auditing, and grant management experience in Texas public higher education from her time working at Sam Houston State University.
