With the UNT System’s significant sphere of influence in the North Texas region and beyond comes responsibility to plan our future strategically and responsibly. And as we continue to grow our student population, educational offerings, research contributions and physical campuses, it’s more important than ever for all of our institutions to align from a mission and value standpoint. As such, UNTS leaders have dedicated themselves to impactful strategic planning that starts at the System level and cascades down to our institutions – collaboratively establishing key values, goals, and processes in order to create optimal long-range plans that align wherever possible.
