Strategic Plan

The 2017-2020 Division of Student Affairs (DSA) Strategic Plan outlines priority issues for advancing the organizational effectiveness of the Division of Student Affairs and the promotion of student success. The Strategic Plan serves as a foundation for the planning and implementation of activities throughout the division and it sets forth direction for improving overall organizational structures, program design, and resource allocation. The progress towards division objectives will be highlighted in our Annual Report which describes key accomplishments for each identified priority as well as next steps.
