Evaluation of Administrators' Effectiveness

The Faculty Senate and the Committee on the Evaluation of Administrators encourage faculty to make their voices heard through an anonymous evaluation process of all administrators to collaborate in improving the quality of the administration of our University. Evaluations play an important role in ensuring quality administration of the University as there are many issues/decisions about which faculty need to provide faculty feedback to all administrative levels.

All administrators in their positions for at least six months are evaluated.

To insure transparency, the Faculty Senate does not edit any of the material received from faculty members. Generally, all responses received are reported. However, comments not pertinent to the position or person being evaluated may be removed if deemed inappropriate by the Faculty Senate Executive Committee.

There are two sets of evaluations. The evaluations accessible to the public are the responses to the surveys' numerical questions and statistical data. The evaluations accessible only with UNT credentials include numerical data and faculty comments.
