Scheduling Policy

Any one user may not have more than a total of 16 daytime, business week hours reserved on a given instrument at any time. Daytime business week hours are 8 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday, not including university holidays. For example, if you have already reserved 16 daytime hours on the dual beam, you may not make any reservations for future usage until you have used some of the time already reserved. This does not apply to night or weekend reservations. If someone does not show up within 30 minutes after the start of his or her reserved time, that reservation will be considered forfeited and that time available for anyone to use.

Cancellations

You can cancel your reservation online up to 24 hours in advance. If you must cancel your reservation after that time, please contact us by email or by phone at 940-369-8106, or stop by E-161 at Research Park. (Until we are able to make some changes to the scheduling program, we will be noting these cancellations manually.)
