  • BIOL 1710/1730 - Principles of Biology I with laboratory
  • BIOL 2040 - Biology of Microorganisms
  • BIOL 3451/3452 - Genetics with laboratory
  • BIOL 3510/3520 - Cell Biology with laboratory
  • BIOL 3800/3810 - Animal Physiology with laboratory
  • BIOL 4300 - Histology
  • BIOL 4770 - Biotechnology
  • Select one of the following:
    • BIOL 3000 - Comparative Anatomy or
    • BIOL 3380 - Medical
      Bacteriology or
    • BIOL 4200 - Immunology
Required Courses in Chemistry:
  • CHEM 1410/1430 - General Chemistry I with laboratory
  • CHEM 1420/1440 - General Chemistry II with laboratory
  • CHEM 3601/3602- Organic Chemistry with laboratory
  • BIOC 3621/3622 - Elementary Biochemistry with laboratory
Mathematics requirement:
  • MATH 1710 - Calculus I
Other required courses:
  • MATH 1680 - Elementary Probability and Statistics
  • MGMT 3720 - Organizational Behavior
  • PSYC 1630 - General Psychology I
  • ENGL 2700 - Technical Writing
Other requirements:
  • Must obtain a minimum 2.5 grade point average on all advanced science courses
  • Must complete a minimum of 39 hours from an approved school of cytotechnology[*]
