Allen Lab

The goal of our laboratory is to develop biological solutions to environmental problems. We approach this in two ways: first by using systems biology techniques to study fundamental scientific questions in the fields of environmental microbiology and genetics, and second by applying the knowledge gained to the engineering of new approaches to address environmental issues.
