Josh White played at North Texas from the 2007-08 season to 2010-11, and finished his career as the No. 4 scorer in North Texas history with 1,668 career points.

Among his school records are most career starts (123), best 3-point percentage in a season (45.8 percent in 2007-08) and best free-throw percentage in a season (90.6 percent in 2008-09). He ranks second in school history with a career free-throw percentage of 84.94, and his 331 career assists trail only Pat Hicks (526) and Walter Johnson (350) on the NT all-time list.

White was the first player in NT history to amass 1,600 points and 300 assists, and he notched three of the top-10 free throw seasons in NT history. He connected on 185 career 3-point shots, which ranks fourth in school history, and his 37.2 percent clip from deep ranks 10th. White's 485 made free throws rank fifth in school history, and his 499 field goals rank ninth.

White was named the Sun Belt Conference Freshman of the Year in 2007-08, was a two-time all-conference honoree, and was twice named to the Sun Belt All-Tournament team. White was a member of the most recent North Texas team to reach the NCAA Tournament, in 2010.
