Hello everyone!! I am looking for a female to take over my lease from University Courtyard on S. Bon...nie Brae St. starting in late August or Early September for the rest of the year. The apartment is a 4x4 that is completely furnished with trash services and is walking distance from UNT. It is on the bus route for UNT. It's the second floor in building 7 with a washer and dryer included. Rent is about 640$ with utilities. All female roommates that are all friendly and keep to themselves. Very clean apartment with no bug problem. The office staff is friendly and hands-on about everything. Maintenance handles everything in a very timely manner. 24 hr clubhouse. Been here for a whole year now, and haven't had any problems at all. Just wanting to get my own apartment with no roommates all by myself, which is why I'm trying to sublease this apartment.
