This guide provides data and research materials management resources for the UNT community that can help researchers meet federal funding agency requirements for data management plans as part of their grant applications.

Funding Agency Requirements

Below is a list of funding agencies that require data management plans for grant proposals, and links to their guidelines. Some of these agencies also have public access requirements (see guidelines). 

If your grant will involve digitization of still images or audio-visual materials, you'll want to consult the Federal Agencies Digitization Guidelines.
