While UNT was the first-ever Viewfinder survey client requesting its surveys be translated into Spanish, only the staff survey will be available in Spanish because of the unique customization the tool. The Division of Institutional Equity and Diversity seeks bi-lingual volunteers to help Spanish-speaking staff who may have limited computer proficiency to complete the survey (as was provided for the Gallup Survey to encourage broad participation). Spanish responses will be translated into English and incorporated with the rest of the staff responses.

Spanish-language help is needed for overnight shift employees from 6:30 – 8:30 am. Volunteers are asked to take 2-hour shifts in the Willis 136 computer lab on the dates listed below. Spanish-language volunteers will be asked to take the survey in its first week of deployment so they are familiar with the content, and provide any feedback that may help with comprehension of the survey. Breakfast will be provided, and we suggest that you share your involvement with your supervisor.

Si bien UNT fue el primer cliente de Viewfinder que solicitó que sus encuestas se tradujeran al español, la herramienta solo se encontrara disponible en este idioma para los empleados debido a su personalización única. La División de Equidad Institucional y Diversidad busca voluntarios bilingües que puedan ayudar a empleados de habla hispana con limitado dominio de la computación, a completar la encuesta (como se realizó con la encuesta Gallup con el fin de fomentar una amplia participación). Las respuestas en español se traducirán al inglés y se incorporarán con las del resto del personal.

Se necesita ayuda en español de 6:30 a 8:30 am para los empleados del turno de la noche.
