Health Service Administration Application Procedure

Step One

Apply to UNT
You will need to apply to the Toulouse Graduate School through the online Apply Texas application and have all of your transcripts sent to UNT.

$75

Request Transcripts
You will need to obtain official transcripts from each college or university you attended. Contact each school and have the official transcripts mailed directly to:

Note for International Students:

The MS in Health Services Administration is fully online, but a hybrid program is also available on the Frisco campus that will satisfy the requirements for an I-20 form.
Step Two

Compile the Following:

  1. Self-Statement
    A double-spaced, typed essay outlining your academic interests, short and long term career goals, and why the program meets your needs.
  2. Current resume
  3. Two professional letters of recommendation
    are required from current or past employers, or community leaders, submitted on appropriate letterhead with signature.

Step Three

Apply to the Health Service Administration Program: 

This program is offered entirely online. Once the department receives all of your application materials, you will be contacted by Dr. Gayle Prybutok, the Program Coordinator, to set-up an admissions interview over the phone. 

If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Gayle Prybutok at gayle.prybutok@unt.edu or at 940-369-7820. We have a rolling admissions policy and this is an Accelerated Online Program. This means that  you can complete the entire program in 18 months or less by going full time (3 courses) for 4 consecutive semesters.  We have 5 points of entry. These are at the beginning of the fall semester, the middle of the fall semester, the beginning of the spring semester, the middle of the spring semester and the summer semester.
