The Dallas Morning News is delivered by 6am M-F and by 7am on the weekend in most areas.

Report Redelivery of a Missed, Wet, or Damaged Paper

Click here to report. Requests must be received before 10am Monday-Saturday and 12pm on Sunday for redelivery in most areas. If redelivery isn’t available a credit will be issued.

Vacation Options

To temporarily stop your print subscription, click here. You can also request a Vacation Package and have your papers held (maximum 14 days) while you’re away and delivered when you return. Vacation stops do not extend your pay through date.

Where can I purchase The Dallas Morning News? How much is it?

Newspapers are available at most convenience stores, grocery stores, and other retail locations: find a paper. M-Sa papers are $2.99 and the Sunday edition is $3.99.

How can I order a back copy of the paper?

Back copies are available up to 90-days following their publication date and you may order up to 10 copies per date. Complete the order form to receive back copies, or call customer service.

How do I search the ePaper archives or order printed back copies?

Log in to the ePaper and click Menu, then click Archive. Archives for the ePaper date back to July 2016. Printed back copies are available here up to 90-days following their publication date.

How can I access the Dallas Morning News Online Store?

Visit us at store.dallasnews.com for back copies of select papers as well as newspaper reprints and photos. For in-process inquiries, please contact store@dallasnews.com.

How do I get papers delivered to my business for resale?

The Dallas Morning News offers resale for 10 copies or more. Contact customer service for details.

How can I get the newspaper in my classroom?

The eEdition of The Dallas Morning News is free for teachers to bring the newspaper in their classroom through the Newspaper in Education program. Please visit nie.dallasnews.com to sign up. If you wish to receive a printed copy of The Dallas Morning News, please contact our Customer Service at 214-745-8383.

Can I send a press release via e-mail?

Why am I being asked to sign in or register?

All readers of The Dallas Morning News and SportsDayDFW.com web sites have access to a limited number of articles/pages over a 7- or 30-day period. Once you’ve reached your limit, you will need a subscription to continue reading.

Current subscribers will receive full access to the digital products and content they subscribed to when they activate their account and log in.

What is included in a Digital Access subscription?

A digital subscription provides unlimited access to dallasnews.com and SportsDayDFW.com from any computer or device.

Subscriptions also include access to mobile apps (Apple iOS and Android) and ePaper, an electronic replica of the printed newspaper.

Does my home delivery subscription to The Dallas Morning News include access to the news online and through apps?

Print subscribers to The Dallas Morning News can add digital access to their subscription at any time by calling customer service.

How do I activate my digital subscription/account if I have added it to my home delivery subscription?

If you have not registered your subscription, click on the Register link and select Create Account. Enter your email address and a verification email message will be sent to your inbox with instructions on next steps.
