If you have lost an item, please call the Lost & Found Coordinator, Officer Christopher Shaw, at (972) 780-3009 If there is no answer, please leave a detailed description of your item(s) and your name and telephone number. Your information will then be placed in a telephone log. If your property is turned in and you have left your information on the voicemail, we will cross-reference the information from the log and contact you. You will be contacted only if your property has been located. You may then pick up your property at the police department. If you have found an item, please bring it to the Department of Police Services. We are located at 7400 University Hills Blvd. Dallas, Texas 75241, Founders Hall 131.
Property is only kept at the Police Department for 30 days. After 30 days the items will be sent to UNT Dallas Surplus and auctioned.
Found Property may be picked up at the University Police Department during business hours.
