Deleted
The policy was because 1. the policy content is informational in nature and not policy 2. Forms and instructions are outdated 3. Policy information related to spending within pre-established regulations for university funds is codified in 10.005.

Revision
The policy was revised to change the course enrollment requirement for undergraduate and graduate student committee service. The SGA and President committee appointment composition was also changed.
