Scott Lanford

Au.D., CCC-A (audiology)

Dr. Lanford has been practicing audiology since 2010. He attended the University of Houston graduating in 2006 cum laude in Communication Disorders. He then attended the University of North Texas receiving a clinical doctorate in audiology in 2010.  His clinical externship was completed at the University Of Virginia.  Dr. Scott is certified in Audiology by American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA).

During his time at UNT, Dr. Scott worked in the Texas Center for Music and Medicine and completed research studies with Dr. Kris Chesky.  He published two clinical journal articles on his work with music induced hearing loss and hearing protection and presented his findings at national meetings of the National Hearing Conservation Association.
