ABA Phase II went live last night, Tuesday, November 12th. Glitches identified this morning have been resolved. You may create/submit/approve ABAs now. All ABAs that were not approved by the Budget Office (meaning they were still making it through the workflow process) by COB on Monday, November 11th were reset to “Open” status. Please pull up those ABAs, Save and Validate, and Submit for Approval. ABAs submitted before go-live that were showing on worklists cannot be approved as they have been reset to “Open” status. The next ABA Training is scheduled for December 11th.

There were some issues with the data load on Cognos.
Cognos is being restored to the latest backup. Cognos data would be as of 8/27/19.
Only the ‘old’ reports are affected - the new FIN reports are NOT affected.

It is our pleasure to announce FY20 budgets have been loaded and are now available for your review using COGNOS reports. For those of you who have non-budgetary funds and/or budgetary funds that are eligible for roll-forward, we anticipate starting the FY19 budget close and roll October 15, 2019. This is one day after the UNT Controller Office will be complete with their FY2019 year-end process. As a friendly reminder, any ABAs submitted up to and including September 6th will be processed as FY19 transactions. You may begin entering FY20 ABAs on Monday, September 9, 2019.
