This collection is arranged into one series that consists of nine boxes of materials. It is further split into sub-series arranged alphabetically by subject to reflect the different cities and agencies that Bruce Davis worked with as well as one that contains his personal papers. The folders found within each sub-series are also arranged alphabetically and contain the same titles that were given to them by the collection creator, Bruce Davis.
