Senior Administrative Coordinator 

Ashley Wood has worked and dedicated many hours to the success of the University Information Services office over the years. Ashley works in any and all roles that the office may need, but specializes in departmental organizing and processing. Before working in UIS, Ashley worked with multiple school disctrics across North Texas as well as UNT Accreditation. She now continues to help with the development of several departments on campus as well as UNT's involvement in Frisco at Inspire Park.

Graduate Research Assistant 

Jared Kelley is a graduate research assistant who is completing the last semester of his Master's in Linguistics before he begins his PHD in Information Science. Jared also has an Associate degree in Auto Mechanics and a Bachelor's degree in Theological Studies. In his current position, Jared is focused on providing value through advanced data analytics. In his free time he enjoys working on his motorcycles, spending time with family, and volunteering at Victory Therapy Center.

   

Kaitlyn White

Student Assistant 

Kaitlyn White is one of the Student Assistants for the AVP Finance and Administration for Regional Campuses who helps support the office in communications, managing websites, and various projects as needed. In her current position she assists with research composition of graphics, presentations, and white papers that contribute to the development and expansion of UNT programming. Kaitlyn also provides support for the development of the Frisco branch campus, Inspire Park, and the monthly IF Talks. She is an active member of the UNT Social Work Program and Honors College, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology.

 

 

Karen Snyder

Senior Administrative Coordinator

Karen is a Senior Administrative Coordinator to the Associate Vice President for University Information Services, with University Information Technology and Administrative IT Services. Karen joined UNT in 2009 and supported the Divisions of Advancement, Enrollment Management, and Student Affairs (SFAS – Emerald Eagle Scholars and Orientation and Transition Programs). Karen contributes to UNT events and appreciates the opportunity to interact with students, faculty and staff. 

Cindy Hall

Cindy Hall

Administrative Specialist

Cindy worked at a local music company for 21 years prior to joining UNT System in September 2016 in the Purchasing Card Department. She moved to the UIT department in August 2018, and now works as an Administrative Specialist in the UIS office helping with purchasing and special projects.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and advocating for companion animal rights and fosters dogs.
