The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Programs for Minors must be followed by any person working with a minor. These procedures provide guidance to those involved in the planning and implementation of programs for minors sponsored by the University of North Texas or conducted on its campus.

The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Minors in Labs must be followed if minors are involved in any University laboratory or shop program.   

University departments who wish to sponsor UNT Program for Minors can choose to make their own arrangements for meeting and recreational space, auxiliary services, transportation, social events, and all support services needed for a successful program by contacting each UNT entity directly. Alternatively, University departments can utilize Scheduling Services to assist in hosting and organizing programs for minors at UNT. Any third party (not directly affiliated with UNT) wishing to use University facilities to conduct a program for minors must work through Scheduling Services using a Facilities and Services Agreement. These programs must adhere to University procedures, guidelines, and policies while a guest at the University of North Texas.
