The Department of Philosophy & Religion Studies @ UNT fosters interdisciplinarity in curricula & research projects. We are proud to be home both to the nation's first Masters Program in the field of environmental ethics as well as the leading Doctoral Program in environmental philosophy. Our department is prominently featured in the UNT President's Report, and we have been recognized by the College of Arts & Sciences with the Superior Performing Department Award for both 2008 & 2009.
