Stringed Instruments (Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass):

1. Eight semesters of MULB 1805, Symphony Orchestra.

2. A minimum of 2 hours in a secondary stringed instrument.

3. Preparation of two programs of representative works from classic, romantic and contemporary styles. The equivalent of one-half recital must be given the junior year and a full recital in the senior year.

Multiple Woodwinds

Sixteen hours are required in one principal (major) instrument and 4 hours in each of the remaining four (concentration) woodwind instruments for a total of 32 hours.
