Admission Procedures
- U.S. citizens/permanent residents submit application, application fee, and official transcripts to Toulouse School of Graduate Studies.
- International applicants submit materials to the International Admission Office.
- Graduate admissions and the College of Business process applications.
- CoB notifies students about the status of their applications.
- Students who wish to enter the MBA program will be required to take the GMAT and meet CoB entrance requirements before proceeding with courses beyond those needed for the certificate program.

Certificate Program in Leadership and Supervisory Management
Career Potential
The certificate in Leadership and Supervisory Management is designed to assist students in developing the organizational management skills and behaviors necessary to assume a leadership role in an organization. The degree may also help prepare students for self-employment.
As a student pursuing a certification in Leadership and Supervisory Management, you will take courses that help you improve your management skills. The courses available in this program focus on such topics as business ethics, entrepreneurship, human resource management, international business operations, organizational behavior and strategic managerment, among others.

Certificate Program in Human Resource Management
Career Potential
The certificate in Human Resource Management is designed to provide knowledge and skills related to a career in the field of human resource management. In addition, it will assist in updating the knowledge and skills of human resource professionals. As a student pursuing a certification in Human Resource Management, you will take courses in such areas as organizational behavior, recruitment, selection and placement, labor relations, compensation, and leadership.

More Information
The College of Business is fully accredited by the AACSB.
All courses may require a minimal number of videoconferenced face-to-face meetings, which will be scheduled on evenings, Fridays and Saturdays to accommodate the schedules of busy professionals.
Certification courses will apply to a full degree once you gain full admission to the MBA program. In addition, students entering the MBA program who do not have an undergraduate degree in business administration may be required to take deficiency courses before entering the MBA program.
