The Information and Instructional Technology Department provides support for computing, instruction, telecommunications and data communications at the UNT Dallas. Support is provided through the help desk located in room 201R, telephone calls to x3626, email to untdhelpdesk@unt.edu or in the general access computer lab. In addition, the IIT offers one-on-one and group training sessions.

UNT Dallas polices as well as Texas and US laws apply to all computing resources. Please make sure you adhere to these when using UNT Dallas computing resources. Also keep in mind that all computing and information systems at UNT Dallas are the property of the university and therefore you have no reasonable expectation of privacy when using those systems.
