UNT Division of Jazz Studies

To order UNT Jazz Recordings, please use the following steps:

1. Choose the print-friendly option, at the bottom of the page, and print the form out. The print-friendly format will eliminate the side menu areas and save paper. Another way to save paper is to copy and paste only the items you are purchasing, along with the payment information.

2. Indicate your choices, complete the payment and shipping information at the end of the form, and mail it to the address shown at the end of the form. Important: if you plan to scan your form and attach it to an email, please do not include credit card information. We only accept credit card information by postal mail, over the phone, or by fax. The fax number is (940) 369-7227.

Each ensemble maintains a separate account. In order to facilitate bookkeeping, we ask those who are paying by check to write a separate check for each ensemble whose recordings you are purchasing. Those who are paying by credit card may simply enter the total, and the funds will be divided among the ensembles by the Jazz Studies office.

Notice: Regarding Lab 2007 computer compatibility
Lab 2007 is manufactured to play in all standard CD and DVD players. The disc will also play in all computer DVD drives, and on the majority of computer CD drives. Some computer drives may not be compatible with the dual-sided disc technology. In the event you cannot import the CD tracks and desire to have the files as MP3 files to play on your computer or portable device, you can obtain those files by contacting Craig Marshall at craig.marshall@unt.edu. You will need to provide information located on the disc as proof of purchase.
