I'm a faculty member, and I need web space. What should I do?

We make space available for faculty members' web pages under the http://courses.unt.edu/ website. Just submit a support request and we'll be happy to get you set up.

I'm a student, and I need web space. What should I do?

Go to http://people.unt.edu/ - space is available there for students' personal web pages.

Who is CWS?

Central Web Support is a department of the CITC. Our main mission is to UNT's web servers secure and reliable. We provide support for end users and developers that need help connecting to our servers, but do not provide web development services. We're available to answer your questions any time; just submit a support request and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I redirect a website?

Simply submit a ticket to us requesting which site you'd like to redirect, and tell us where you'd like it to go.

Please don't attempt to do this via .htaccess, since we prefer to do this by directly editing the Apache web server configuration files.
