About the System
The University of North Texas System serves the North Texas area, boosting economic activity in the region by nearly $2 billion annually. More than 37,000 students are enrolled in undergraduate, graduate and professional programs, and system enrollment is projected to increase to about 45,000 students
by 2015.

UNT Military History Center to begin discussion series on Pearl Harbor Day
"The American Way of War" — The inaugural lecture of the University of North Texas Military History Center Discussion Series, will be presented by Dr. Brian Linn, president of the Society of Military History at 7 p.m. Dec. 7 (Tuesday), in Room 122 of UNT's Wooten Hall, located one block west of Welch and Highland Streets (1121 Union Circle). The UNT Military History Center has the goal of becoming the premier destination in the United States for the study of military history and has had a long tradition of sponsoring public programs.
