Ways to Give

Thank you for considering a gift to the College of Information (CI). There is no one best way to give. Rather, the best way to give depends on your life circumstances, your philanthropic vision, and your financial goals. The CI development staff will work with you in confidence to discuss your philanthropic interests and to determine the gift method that best fits your situation. You can designate your gift as "current use" to help the college meet immediate, short–term goals, or for longer use, through creating or adding to an endowment.

Student Support

Scholarship support is critical in attracting the best and brightest students to the College of Information and its programs. Opportunities exist to gift general CI scholarships, scholarships within a particular program, or establish a named scholarship through an endowment.

Faculty Support

Academic quality is a key metric in ensuring the College of Information is competitive with similar programs at other universities across the nation. In addition to funding current programs and courses in areas such as instructional technology, digital image management, distributed learning librarianship, health informatics specialist, information organization, information systems, law librarian and legal informatics specialist, faculty support is also needed in emerging areas. Contributions ensure recruitment and retention of top-notch faculty to offer the latest education and skills to students.
