Please accept my sincere welcome to the College of Information (CI) Web site! In Fall 2008, the School of Library and Information Sciences joined with the College of Education’s Department of Learning Technologies to create CI, the 8th college of the University of North Texas. It is with great pride and confidence that I serve CI, a prominent player in the universal opportunities available in these two dynamic fields of library and information sciences, and learning technologies.
The CI Web site offers information about our outstanding people, programs, and platforms of interaction and instruction. It is truly my desire that as you journey through this site, you will recognize the dedication to scholarship, leadership, and community of all of the stakeholders of CI.
