Hours and Location

The Helpdesk can be reached at 940-565-2324 or by email at Contact the Helpdesk.

Our hours are:
* Monday-Thursday 8am-midnight
* Friday 8am-8pm
* Saturday 9am-5pm
* Sunday 1pm-midnight

The office (Information Sciences Building, Room 119) will be closed to walk-in traffic each weekday evening at 8pm, and on Saturday and Sunday.
Phone or email support will be available during all regular business hours.
