Get more out of your reading while creating more free time for yourself! The Speed Reading program is designed to help you increase your reading speed while maintaining or improving comprehension and retention. In-class instruction and participation are combined with speed reading computer programs to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of your reading. Topics covered include:

Flexibility   
Phrase Reading
Peripheral Vision
Speed & Efficiency
Comprehension & Retention

Speed Reading Classes meet once a week (2 hours) for five weeks. Two five week sessions are offered in the fall and spring semesters and one 4 week session during each summer term. There is a $30 fee for materials.
