The purpose of the Board is to provide a linkage between the academic programs in the Information Technology and Decision Science areas and the organizations which employ our graduates. In addition, through regular meetings of the Chairperson of the Department and the Board, research directions of ITDS faculty may be matched with research and development opportunities of the member organizations. Other activities which will be reviewed by the Board will include faculty internships, student cooperative programs, faculty exchange programs, student recruiting policies, capital investment, alumni relations programs, and curriculum development issues.
