Requesting Transcripts

Academic transcripts are copies of the official permanent record

of a student's approved academic course work, including academic marks, scholarships and degrees.  To be considered "official", the document must be signed or "sealed" by the registrar of the institution to ensure that the true record has been transmitted.

Alumni may obtain copies of their transcripts by submitting written requests to the Office of the Registrar.  Please mail requests to the address below:

Official transcripts are $4 each.  Payment must be included by check or money order.  Cash payment is appropriate only if it is being delivered in person, not by mail.

Appropriate payment of all university tuition and fees must be made before transcripts are released!

NOTE: Alteration of academic records or transcripts with the intent to use such a document fraudulently is a crime punishable by law. The penalty is a fine of not more than $1,000 and/or confinement in the county jail for a period not to exceed one year.

Our registrar, Betty Belton, or a member of her staff will be happy to assist you!
