Brief Profile - Ph.D. Student
Troy A. Voelker received a BBA in Finance from Sam Houston in 1993 and an MBA with a Management concentration in 2003. During his academic career he has advised or consulted for small to mid-size firms in the lodging, automotive, and software development sectors. His professional work experience includes corporate treasury management, retail banking, and public program management. Having worked through a number of mergers involving platform and process change, he has developed a research interest in organizational change.
Academic Interests
His research interests include Organization Culture, Organization Change, Social Networks, and Social Influence. His favored teaching methodology includes group interaction and experiential learning.
